1.當然代表：世界總會理事、各主任委員、副主任委員、檀教(講)師、 協會督導、協會會長。
權　　利：參加全程活動，有發言、表決及選舉權。
2.代 表：每個國家地區〈總〉協會有5名代表，會員名額毎達100名， 即增加1名代表，以此類推，最高額以200名為限，而參加之代表人員必是世界總會核定發給會員卡者為準。
權　　利：參加全程活動，有發言、表決及選舉權。
3. 觀 察 員：以協(分)會之幹部、會員為主，名額為各協會不超過10名。
權　　利：可參加全程活動，有發言權，無表決及無選舉權。
4. 觀 禮 員：名額不限。
權　　利：限參加開幕典禮或佛光之夜(食宿自理)，兩項活動任選一項，並可獲贈大會紀念品。

1.Ex-Officio Delegates: BLIA World Headquarters Directors, Committee Directors, Deputy Committee Directors, Lay Dharma Lecturers/Teachers, Chapter Elder Advisors, and Chapter Presidents.
Privileges: the right to participate in every conference activity and election and the right to speak and vote.

2.Delegates: Five delegates per national/regional chapter, with one additional delegate per 100 members, up to a maximum of two hundred (200) delegates. All delegates must have a valid identification card issued by BLIA World Headquarters.
Privileges: the right to participate in every conference activity and election and the right to speak and vote.

3.Observers:Officers and members of BLIA chapters and subchapters, but not to exceed ten (10) observers per chapter.
Privileges: the right to participate in every conference activity with the right to speak, no right for elections and no right to vote.

4.Spectators: unlimited participation.
Privileges: the right to participate in EITHER the conference opening ceremony OR Night of the Buddha’s Light Banquet. Every spectator will receive a conference souvenir.
Spectators must be responsible for their own transportation, lodging, and travel arrangements.

3. 2014年9月1 ~ 15日，報名並繳費者：USD$400 (新台幣12,000元)
二、觀禮員：每名USD$100 (新台幣3,000元)。
