為促進歐洲地區佛光會員聯誼及會務交流

參加對象

各協會、分會幹部(督導、會長、財務、秘書)等，或由輔導法師、會長推薦會員參加。

• Lay Dharma Lecturers
• BLIA Members recommended by Chapter Presidents or Monastic Advisors

參加費用

• 「聯誼會」報名費(費用包括：14~15/6兩晚住宿，交通及餐費。)
  1. 2019年2月28日前報名並繳費者，每人：250歐元
  2. 2019年3月30日前報名並繳費者，每人：300歐元
  3. 2019年4月30日前報名並繳費者，每人：350歐元
  • * 波爾圖協會會員不住宿者，4月30日前報名者，繳交150歐元。5月後報名250歐元。
  • * 會議期間住宿需要單人房者，須另支付費用100歐元。
  • * 不包括：個人消費。
• 會後旅遊
  • 行程A：會前波爾圖市區半日游，65歐/人，25人成團。
  • 行程B：會後波爾圖2日游，175歐/人，25人成團。
  • 行程C：波爾圖周圍3日游，310歐/人，25人成團。
  • 行程D：波爾圖周圍4日游，435歐/人，25人成團。
  • 旅遊報名截止：2019年 02月 28日或額滿截止。
• 參加活動，提前抵達或延後離開，需安排食宿者，費用另計， 並請通知承辦單位代訂飯店，以利作業。

Fees

• • Reunion：(includes local transportation, meals, and accommodation)
    1. 250.00 € if registered and paid in full by Feb. 28, 2019.
    2. 300.00 € if registered and paid in full by Mar. 30, 2019.
    3. 350.00 € if registered and paid in full by Apr. 30, 2019.
    * BLIA Stockholm members without accommodation:
    150.00 € if registered and paid in full by Apr. 30, 2019.
    250.00 € if registered after May.
  • Accommodation (3days-2 nights):Single rooms: requires additional 100 €
• Tours : Please see Attachment III for more details.
  • A Trip, 65 €/person. (Tour Group: Minimum 25 people)
  • B Trip, 175 €/person.
  • C Trip, 310 €/person.(Tour Group: Minimum 25 people).
  • D Trip, 435 €/person. (Tour Group: Minimum 25 people)
  • Deadline: Feb. 28, 2019 or until full.
• Participants arriving before or leaving after the activities are responsible for their accommodation and transportation expenses, and must notify BLIA Porto if arrange accommodation is needed.

報名注意事項

• 報名日期：自2019年5月1日截止。
• 報名方式：以佛光會員證號至 網路報名
• 班機資訊：請各協會確認班機後，於5月15日前至報名網址回傳「班機時間」，以利大會安排交通接送。5月15日後恕不再提供接送服務。自理者也務必填寫抵達和離開時間。

• How to register: Online at website(with BLIA membership card)
• For ease of coordinating transportation, all chapters must provide flight schedule online before May 15.
