“Life and Ch’an” is a global youth event where young citizens from culturally diverse backgrounds gather and practice Ch’an (mindfulness) together.
Ch’an is more than sitting meditation. Ch’an is a living and breathing arts of life which is exercised and experienced in everything we do – walking, sitting, lying down, looking, not looking. Venerable Master Hsing Yun, founder of Fo Guang Shan said “True Ch’an meditation means that there is activity in tranquility and tranquility in activity, that activity and tranquility are one.” Some said mindfulness is cool and contemporary.

We simply know mindfulness is of the moment.
Why don’t you give multi-tasking a rest and give mindfulness a go?
